  2. Price is subject to a 10% service charge based on original price.
  3. Advance reservation and payment is required and must be made via www.buys.hk at least one day in advance and is subject to availability.
  4. An order confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours and booking amendment is not accepted once the order is completed. For enquiries, please call (852) 2132 7898.
  5. This voucher is non-refundable, neither exchanges, nor cancellations will be honoured.

Valentine’s Day Pop Up Dinner Experience

An elegant blend of passion and gastronomy, the Valentine’s Day Pop Up Dinner Experience sets hearts racing and taste buds tingling via an exquisite four-course menu. With the delightful option of cocktail or wine pairing, the experience promises “A Romantic Journey Through Flavour”. 

The scene is set with a refreshing Hamachi Crudo starter accompanied by a gin, lychee and cranberry ‘Love Potion’ or a glass of Taittinger Brut Rosé Champagne, before a Classic Onion Soup and Warmed Boston Lobster Tail with a Yarra Valley Soumah. U.S. Prime Beef Tenderloin follows with black truffle and a Gin Martini or Italian La Valentina Montepulciano d’Abruzzo before the sweet finale: a Strawberry Vanilla Mousse Cake with fresh strawberries and a signature Langham Delight cocktail or refined Georg Müller Hattenheimer Hassel Kabinett Riesling from Rheingau, Germany.
