Remove non recyclable materials, e.g. other metal and brush.

Only accept empty glass bottles, alumnimum bottles and plastic bottles with resin identification code #1, #2, #4 and #5

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Recycling Programme is applicable to The Body Shop^® stores in Hong Kong & Macau regions, excluding Duty Free shops and Pop-up stores
Recycling Programme membership and stamp are non-transferable
Upon joining the Recycling Programme, stamp is valid from the join date until the last day of the joining month in the following year. Unredeemed stamps will be forfeited and eliminated from system on that expiry day. Thereafter, stamps will follow the 12-month validity period and expire on the same date every year.
Expired stamp will be voided and not be returned without prior notice
The gift in the website is for reference only, the actual gift of the day is designated by the store
Gift content may change due to stock availability
Gift cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other product(s) or service(s)
Gift is applicable only for limited stocks
Gift must be redeemed once collecting 5 stamps
In case of any inconsistency between stamp quantity reflected in the Recycling Programme account and The Body Shop® internal records, the latter shall prevail
Recycling service is suspended during Love Your Body™ Club Members' Days
Members of the Recycling Programme must be at least 16 years old
Each email address and mobile number can only be used for registration once
All participation in the Recycling Programme is on a voluntary basis. The Body Shop^® will be exempt from all legal liability, compensation and responsibility caused by the Recycling Programme (if any)
The Body Shop reserves the right to disqualify anyone who provides false information or suspicious of impersonating or forging a third party's information, or deliberately using fake accounts
Please note that the personal information that you share with us for Recycling Programme may be shared with Fusion Limited, who is a website service provider, for the purposes of website maintenance
By registering to the Recycling Programme, participants accepts and agrees to this Terms and Conditions and accepts the decisions of The Body Shop^® as final and binding
The Body Shop^® reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the Recycling Programme and any of its terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Body Shop^® shall be final
